Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT)

Change your life in the Blink of an Eye

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a developing area rapid change work that explores the area of undesired emotions and our ways of being. The process explores the question, “How did we learn to feel the way that we do?” and opens up the possibility of creating the appropriate change in our emotional lives.

By teaching resources and skills inside the problem state, IEMT enables you to recode past negative experiences such that they no longer cause you issues.

IEMT is highly effective for issues such as anxiety, anger management, depression, stress, relationship issues and a range of psychosomatic issues including tinnitus and psoriasis.

I am a Licensed IEMT practitioner, and you can learn more about IEMT through the following links:

I’m a qualified Advanced IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) Practitioner in addition to qualifications  in a range of other highly effective therapeutic techniques, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner & Trainer, Multiple Brain Integration (MBIT) Coach, Heartmath Coach and Muse Coach.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients with issues such as anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, phobias and work with both individuals and businesses to help people get the very best out of their lives and careers.

IEMT Is Effective For

Feeling Stuck

If you find yourself repeating the same old patterns of behaviour or behaviour, then IEMT will help you break those repetitive cycles and give you new options.

Anxiety or Anger

Anxiety often leads to a short fuse and then feeling bad about what you said or did. These emotions can be quickly resolved  to give you more happiness and freedom.

Emotional Memories

Find yourself replaying memories and experiences that leave you emotionally exhausted? We can resolve these so you can spend more time in the present.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a technique used by Psychotherapists and Psychologists in a clinical setting, primarily to treat trauma. As such it is effective for issues such as Post-Traumatic Stress (PTSD) and other highly traumatic issues.

IEMT is broader in its application and is highly effective in treating a range of issues from PTSD to anxiety, depression, phobias, psoriasis and tinnitus.

Whilst both IEMT and EMDR use eye movements as part of the therapy, the rest of the approach is very different. If you are wondering whether IEMT is the right approach for you, please contact us or book a free discovery call.
