Imagine your breath is flowing in and out of your heart or chest area, continuing to follow the pacer.

Now recall a happy or loving memory or thought and breathe that in and out, feeling that feeling spread out from your chest.

Now breathe out slowly and note how you feel. You can use this video whenever you want to take a few minutes to get yourself balanced.
